Celebration to feature educational talks, tastings of 5 PA meaderies
ALLENTOWN, PA— In celebration of National MeadDay, The Colony Meadery will be hosting a massive meadstravaganza, featuring programming and a huge variety of mead tastings that is open to the public at the meadery in South Allentown.
WHAT: Mead Day 2015 Meadstravaganza
WHERE: The Colony Meadery, 905 Harrison St Suite 115, Allentown
WHEN: Saturday, August 1, 11am-7pm
WHO: Open to the public. Special guests include Multiple PA meaderies, including Stonekeep and Haymaker meaderies; Dr. Robyn Underwood of Kutztown University, who will host a talk on Bees; the Lehigh Valley Beekeepers; Lehigh Valley Homebrewers.
WHY: Because mead is delicious.
