Visit The Colony Meadery at the Book Shop at the Moravian Book Shop on Main Street in Bethlehem during Restaurant Week.
The Colony Meadery at the Book Shop will feature special $15 mead and food pairings from Wednesday, January 27 through Sunday, January 31.
Mead and Food Pairings include:
- Cup of homemade creamy tomato bisque paired with Woofiedog hopped mead
- Scratch-made hummus with gluten-free chips paired with Straight, No Chaser traditional orange blosssom mead
- Choice of grilled sandwich: Grilled cheese with roasted red peppers on garlic cheddar bread or Turkey and mozzarella on cranberry oat bread paired with The Earle dry mead with tea and herbs
Artisan cheese board paired with three meads: Moravian Sugar Cookie; Lemon Laws; Woofiedog
Smoked meat board paired with three meads: A Good Sarsaparilla; Buzzzzz coffee mead; Straight, No Chaser
