Our friends at Case De Jorge Salsa recently whipped up a batch of all new mead using our Pikwant Field mead.
The salsa is available at The Colony Meadery at the Book Shop in Bethlehem for a limited time.
"It's a limited edition, sweetened with organic agave nectar and made with Pikwant Field," said Case De Jorge Salsa owner George Gilreath. "This collaboration has been a lot of fun. There's no telling what we could do in the future."
Ingredients include: Diced Tomatoes, Crushed Tomatoes, Strawberries, Fire Roasted Green Chilies(green chilies, water, salt, citrus acid, & calcium chloride), Onions, Water, lime, Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Blue Agave Nectar, The Colony Meadery’s Pikwant Field Mead, Cumin, New Mexico Red Chili Powder, Pure Strawberry Extract, Garlic, Crushed Red Pepper, Fresh Basil, Sea Salt.
