As of yesterday, we have our first small batches fermenting! Most of our merchandise has arrived, so we should have stuff for sale next week, and product available in about a month.
Here's what a small carboy of mead looks like with lots of air in the water:
Also, our first label was approved by the good people at the TTB, who are no doubt going crazy to get caught up after the government shutdown. It's a keg collar for our hopped mead:
